After spending over a decade in project management and PMO management, spanning multiple industries, Ashley Karam founded PMO Synergy to share her passion for project management with the world. As sole proprietor, she brings her expansive experience across multiple industries to each of her client engagements.

Ashley has managed multiple client-facing projects, led multi-million dollar delivery teams, as well as driven internal continuous improvement initiatives. Across her career, she has often identified process gaps and was able to build business cases to promote internal project creation through her organizations. Her approval rate for continuous improvement projects was over 80%, leading to over 27 initiatives being adopted, including developing an inaugural PMO roadmap for The Conair Group.

 

She believes a well-structured PMO is the backbone of streamlined project management. It ensures resources are optimized, project timelines are met, and operational costs are minimized.
